Once you login into the Felixacare app, On the bottom navigator you can find the Documents option where you can upload your prescriptions, lab reports, scanning reports, discharge summary etc. 

You need to create your kids’ profiles in the application. Go to menu > Children. Then add them by clicking the + button at the bottom. Then go to the Documents option in the bottom navigator, and a newly created child name will be listed on the page. Tap the kid’s name, and there you can upload different types of documents based on their category. Uploading can be done by using the mobile camera, uploading the document from the phone, or uploading a file from the gallery.  

After creating your own account, you can generate a key and share it with your parents or dear ones. Then your parents need to install this FelixaCare Life application on their mobile phones. After successful installation, they need to register for the application. While registering, they need to enter the secret key they received from you. This will allow your parents to join as a Dear. Then, your parents need to login to the FelixaCare Life application and start adding their data.

Definitely! You can support your wife. You can add your family members as ‘Dears’ and a key is generated for each ‘Dear’ member using which all the dear members added can access the app using the key and the account holder can track all other health data, even if you are distant from your family. 

Yes, You can. As mentioned in the previous question, you can access all your dear members health data through the app from wherever you are. 

While logging in to www.felixacare.com, you can make payments using your card or a UPI ID. Discount coupons will work only when you make payments via a web application. Alternatively, In-app purchases are facilitated through app stores like the Apple Store or Google Play Store. You can use payment methods such as credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or other online payment platforms like GooglePay, PhonePay, Paytm, AmazonPay, Razorpay etc. We also provide EMI for the subscriptions. 

Yes, you can make payments using UPI (Unified Payment Interface). When you make a payment by logging in via web browser www.felixacare.com, then UPI payments are available. The same is available in the case of Android phones as well. 

Yes, you can use your credit cards for payments. Login to www.felixacare.com and do the payment.
